Should you ever need to delete a backup file or send it to support you can do it from this screen. This is a two step process. First you must select a backup file by clicking it with the left mouse button. Next, click the selected file with the right mouse button. A popup menu will appear.
To delete the selected backup file click on “Delete Backup Set”. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click “Yes” to delete the file or click “No” if you change your mind.

You can email the backup file to support if problems or questions arise.
Just click on “Email to Support” to bring up the email dialog:

You will need to fill in the appropriate information. You will also need an Internet connection and an email account setup. Once you have filled out the email dialog click on “SEND”.
