This doesn’t actually delete the ACH file you send to the bank but rather deletes the temporary ACH files PayMaster keeps for “scratch pad” purposes. While it does delete these temporary files, it also keeps a zipped copy as an archive. If you delete them during the creation of ACH files (see above) you should not have to run this. If for some reason you don’t delete the last pay period temp files than run this before the next payroll.
